Appropriate Venue

There are a lot of ways to teach, and a lot of ways to learn.  One of these ways is to talk to people. also known as lecturing.  sometimes, this takes the form of talking *at* people.  I talk, you listen. At the end, we expect you to go back to your office and behave differently.

During the accreditation survey, you will describe how you choose appropriate venues for your learning activities.  sometimes, the answers are amusing. "We choose lecture format, because it is the best way to transmit information."  spoiler alert: it's not.

By the way, did you notice whether light lettering against a dark background affects readability?  All I'm saying is that it's important to consider format carefully.  If you just "bring in a speaker", you may not get your optimal result.  Just saying.
